Brandon Lincoln, 6-3 SR SG, Portland (Ore.) Jefferson, had a good July, and garnered some offers from the schools he was interested in.
"I'm pretty open, but Oregon and Gonzaga have offered," Lincoln said. "I'm also being recruited by Oklahoma and I'm interested in Arizona."
According to Lincoln, Arizona said they're still evaluating him and haven't made a decision on whether they'll offer him or not. Lincoln made it pretty clear, though, that if Arizona did offer, they'd be the favorites to get his commitment. Lincoln did say also that he was impressed that Oregon and Gonzaga were recruiting him the hardest.
Lincoln, who has a 2.8 GPA and scored a 890 on his SAT, said he's looking for a school with good academics, but also one that has a very solid basketball program. "I want a winning program, one with a coach with experience. I'm hoping that I'll be able to learn enough in college to have a career in basketball for life."
Lincoln said he'll definitely sign in the early signing period.
