4:59 p.m. ET: TCU's prized recruit Karviar Shepherd sent in his LOI. TCU officially has a top 100 recruit in their 2013 class. (ED)

4:39 p.m. ET: U.C. Irvine picked up a huge commitment on Signing Day. The Anteaters have received a Letter of Intent from 7-foot-5, 310-pound Cypress (Calif.) Brethren Christian center Mamadou Ndiaye, a source confirmed to (JG)

4:36 p.m. ET: Letter of Intent one of two in for Washington. Sacramento (Calif.) Sheldon shooting guard Darin Johnson has signed with the Huskies. (JG)

4:25 p.m. ET: The likelihood of Brandon Austin deciding today is slightly lower than 1 percent. A source says "Later in the week, I hope". No hard timetable will be announced, but the goal is to get it over with before the end of the signing period. (BS)

4:10 p.m. ET:'s top 2015 player Karl Towns will announce his college choice on December 4th. He's considering Kentucky, Florida, Rutgers, North Carolina State, North Carolina and Duke. For more check out this link. (ED)

3:42 p.m. ET: John Groce's first class at Illinois is now official. All five members of the group are signed. (BS)

3:24 p.m. ET: has highlights and analysis of Xavier's newest commitment in 2013 Inglewood (Calif.) point guard Brandon Randolph here. (JG)

3:10 p.m. ET: Washington State has received LOI's from all three 2013 commitments. Ikenna Iroegbu, Josh Hawkinson and Tanner Lancona are Cougars. (JG)

3:04 p.m. ET: A source informed that Rhode Island now has Letters of Intent from E.C. Matthews and Hassan Martin. Very good two-man class for R.I. (ED)

3:01 p.m. ET: The first Signing Day surprise is in. California native Brandon Randolph committed to Xavier over strong interest from Missouri. Here's the story: Randolph makes the call (BS)

2:53 p.m. ET: Johnathan Williams sent in his LOI to Missouri. TCU now has paperwork from Brandon Parrish and Michael Williams. They are still waiting on Karviar Shepherd's LOI. (ED)

2:49 p.m. ET: Virginia now has their two-man recruiting class locked up. Devon Hall and London Perrantes both signed Letters of Intent with UVA this morning. Both are four-star point guard recruits. (ED)

2:40 p.m. ET: Things remain status quo with Kennedy Meeks. Meeks is staying silent on the issue, but no decision is thought to be coming today with North Carolina and Georgetown battling to the end for the four-star center's commitment. (BS)

2:35 p.m. ET: Oregon State has signed two in 2013. Carlsbad (Calif.) center Cheikh N'Diaye and Jersey City (N.J.) guard Halice Cooke are inked with the Beavers. (JG)

2:30 p.m. ET: Tacoma (Wash.) small forward Tre'Shaun Lexing has changed his name to Tre'Shaun Fletcher. He's now officially signed with Colorado, as are Arizona guard Jaron Hopkins and Texas forward Dustin Thomas. Tad Boyle continues his run of strong recruiting classes in Boulder. (JG)

2:13 p.m. ET: Sources indicate that four-star Brandon Austin is really struggling to decide between Syracuse and Villanova with Kansas hanging in. At the moment no announcement has been set and it isn't expected today. (BS)

1:57 p.m. ET Johnny Jones has a top 10 recruiting class and the nucleus of it -- Jarell Martin, Jordan Mickey and Tim Quarterman -- have all faxed in their Letters of Intent. Big day for LSU, as all three are top 100 prospects. (ED)

1:48 p.m. ET: According to sources close to the recruitment, the official visit to Washington went very well for San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills 2013 center Kameron Rooks. It's possible a decision between Washington, Arizona and Arizona State comes shortly, although an official visit to UA or hanging off a little longer before committing are also possibilities. (JG)

1:40 p.m. ET: Memphis (Tenn.) Melrose standout Markel Crawford is officially a Memphis Tiger. His paperwork is in. (ED)

1:34 p.m. ET: Oak Hill Academy guard Sindarius Thornwell will officially sign his letter of intent at 4:00 today according to his uncle Dajuan Thornwell. (BS)

1:26 p.m. ET: Findlay Prep guard Allerik Freeman tells Evan Daniels that he won't be signing with UCLA today, but that he could ink an LOI with the Bruins later this week. (JG)

1:15 p.m. ET: There has been a lot of buzz surrounding Tyler Roberson, but nothing set in stone about him signing. Now according to his father Roberson will make a choice on Friday. (BS)

1:08 p.m. ET: The Butler Bulldogs have their three man class of Rene Castro, Nolan Berry, and Andrew Chrabascz signed and in (BS)

1:01 p.m. ET: Multiple sites including Ben Roberts at the Lexington Herald are reporting that Andrew Harrison (No. 3) and Aaron Harrison (No. 4) will sign their Letters of Intent in the next few days. A report surfaced on Tuesday that they would sign in the late period, despite being committed to Kentucky. (ED)

12:43 p.m. ET:'s No. 7 prospect Kasey Hill has officially sent in his LOI to Florida. He will be a difference maker for the Gators. (ED)

12:30 p.m. ET: Creighton has National Letters of Intent in from Zach Hanson, Darian Harris and Toby Hegner. Liberty received their LOI from Ryan Kemrite, of Houston (Tex.) SATCH Homeschool. (ED)

12:09 p.m. ET: The SEC is bringing in the most talent this year. To date there are nine five-star prospects committed and expected to sign with SEC schools. Check out our SEC Conference Breakdown (ED)

12:01 p.m. ET: Notre Dame's class of Austin Torres, Demetrius Jackson, Steve Vasturia, and V.J. Beachem is official. This is a great overall class for Mike Brey. (BS)

12:00 a.m. ET: Georgia Tech now has Letters of Intent in from Solomon Poole and Quinton Stephens. (ED)

11:52 a.m. ET: We have confirmed a number of signings. Memphis has Letters of Intent in from Rashawn Powell and Kuran Iverson. Louisville has now received all four (Chris Jones, Akoy Agau, Terry Rozier & Anton Gill) of their LOI's. Citadel scored their LOI's from Brian White and Nate Bowser. (ED)

11:49 a.m. ET: Purdue's three-man class of Bryson Scott, Kendall Stephens, and Basil Smotherman is official. All three faxes have come in. (BS)

11:37 a.m. ET: Marquette reeled in a huge class and they lead the way in the Big East. This is the last year for this version of the Big East, but overall a good showing for the current member schools. Big East Conference Breakdown (BS)

11:27 a.m ET Top 10 recruit Chris Walker will sign his Letter of Intent at his school at 3:00 ET. Walker is one of two top 10 recruits expected to sign with Florida today. Kasey Hill, of Montverde (Fla.) Academy, is UF's other 2013 recruit. (ED)

11:15 a.m. ET Wes Clark's letter of intent is signed, sealed, and delivered to Missouri. Also Illinois has letters in from Maverick Morgan, Kendrick Nunn, and Malcolm Hill already. (BS)

11:05 a.m. ET Duke currently has the best recruiting class in the ACC, but that is likely to change by the weekend. Check out our ACC Conference Breakdown (ED)

11:02 a.m. ET B.J. Johnson signed with Syracuse this morning. Tyler Ennis, a five-star 'Cuse commit, is expected to sign his Letter of Intent at his school around 3:00. (ED)

10:57 a.m. ET: Per Brewster Head Coach Jason Smith, Kyle Washington has officially signed his letter of intent with NC State. (BS)

10:50 a.m. ET: Junior College standout Chris Jones made his commitment to Louisville official. He tweeted out a photo of him signing the Letter of Intent. (ED).

10:42 a.m. ET College of Charleston already has their Letters of Intent in from Terrance O'Donohue, of Norcross (Ga.) High, and Joe Chealey, of Apopka (Fla.) High. (ED)

10:37 a.m. ET: Five-star guard Matt Jones is set to sign to with Duke at 12:30. Brannen Greene, who is committed to Kansas, won't sign his Letter of Intent until Thursday. (ED)

10:33 a.m. ET: It wasn't the greatest recruiting year in the Big Ten, but Indiana was very impressive in landing the conference's top class. Here is a full Big Ten breakdown. Indiana has top class in Big 10 (BS)

10:20 a.m. ET: Ohio State should have their first LOI in a matter of moments. Crandal Loving, father of Marc Loving, informs me the family just sent in the letter to the school. (BS)

10:09 a.m ET: Toledo received all three of their Letters of Intent early Wednesday morning. Zach Garber, Jordan Lauf and Jonathan Williams all made it official. Rice also received their LOI from Denzel Davis. (ED)

10:03 a.m. ET: Kansas has the No. 2 overall class and the No. 1 incoming class in the Big 12. Three other schools -- West Virginia, Baylor and Iowa State -- have two top 100 prospects set to sign during the initial period. Here's the full Big 12 Breakdown: Kansas has top class in Big 12. (ED)

9:55 a.m. ET: As it stands right now the expectation is for Rondae Jefferson to sign his LOI with Arizona on Thursday. (BS)

9:44 a.m. ET: Just got word from La Porte (Ind.) La Lumiere boss Alan Huss that Torren Jones has signed his LOI and it will be faxed to Missouri shortly. (BS)

9:36 a.m. ET: Baylor commit Ishmail Wainright will sign his Letter of Intent at Rockville (Md.) Montrose Christian Wednesday afternoon. The press conference is at 3:45. (ED)

9:25 a.m. ET: UCLA currently has the best class in the PAC-12. Arizona and California have also compiled top 25 recruiting classes. Here's the full breakdown of the PAC-12: UCLA leads the way in the PAC-12 (ED)

8:54 a.m. ET: Isaiah Hicks will make his college choice official on Wednesday. His school -- Oxford (N.C.) Webb -- will hold an open practice at 4:00 and then he'll sign at 6:00. For more on Hicks check out this feature: Hicks making it official (ED)

8:47 a.m. ET: I exchanged emails with Aaron Gordon's mother -- Shelly Davis -- this week. She said Gordon's current plan is to sign late. He's working on cutting his list now since he's finished up the visit portion of the process. But it's looking like a late decision for the No. 6 overall recruit. (ED)

8:35 a.m. ET: Headed by Kentucky PG Andrew Harrison here is a look at six prospects that should have an Instant Impact on College Basketball. (BS)

8:33 a.m. ET: The best player in the 2013 class -- Andrew Wiggins -- isn't expected to make a college choice during the initial signing period, according to Huntington Prep coach Rob Fulford. "I don't think there's any chance," he said. (ED)

8:25 a.m ET: Huntington (W.V.) Prep coach Rob Fulford said Xavier Rathan-Mayes and Dominic Woodson will sign tomorrow at a press conference at their school. Rathan-Mayes is headed to Florida State, while Woodson is going to Baylor. (ED)

8:11 a.m. ET: George McClure, the head coach at Forestville (Md.) Suitland, informed that Roddy Peters will sign his Letter of Intent for the University of Maryland at his high school at 3:30 this afternoon. (ED)
