Jorgenson, a native of Columbia (Mo.), but a standout at New Hampton (N.H.) Prep, recently decommitted from Missouri and had a handful of college programs in New Haven (Conn.) to evaluate him and show their interest.
"I just wasn't comfortable signing for the next four years," Jorgenson said about his decommitment. "I just wanted to see what else was out there and try and find the right fit for me not just the home school."
Jorgenson said Alabama, Creighton, Oklahoma State and Tulsa have all shown strong interest since his decommitment. Alabama coach Anthony Grant stopped by the event to evaluate him, as did an assistant from Creighton.
While it's still early in the process, Jorgenson, a 5-foot-10, 155-pounder, is gearing up to take his first visit since decommitment.
"I'm going home next week for Thanksgiving break and I'm visiting Oklahoma State," Jorgenson told Scout.com.
Jorgenson is rated as a three-star prospect by Scout.com.
