"It's a great school," Wiggins said following a win over Riverdale Baptist at the National High School Hoops Festival. "The people showed me a lot of love at the game and everything and I enjoyed it."
"[They] just introduced me to the team," he's added. "Me and my family and the coaches went out to dinner and that was it."
Wiggins said the halftime show during the Florida State/Florida game is what stood out the most about the visit.
"The halftime show at the game was a tribute to my mom and dad," Wiggins responded. "My mom and dad liked it."
At the Marshall County Hoopfest a week ago, Wiggins said FSU's pitch centered on his parents being Florida State alum. They clearly continued that pitch while he was in Tallahassee.
"The legacy and how I could follow in my fathers footsteps and break his records and stuff like that," Wiggins said when asked about FSU's pitch.
Is that appealing to Wiggins?
"It is," he responded. "It's something that I could look forward to doing."
According to the Huntington (W.V.) Prep standout, Florida State didn't pressue him into making a college decision while on campus.
"They are just waiting for me to make my decision on my own," Wiggins said.
Scout.com's top player said he doesn't have any other visits scheduled and likely won't take another trip until "the spring time."
To go with Florida State, Wiggins is also considering Kentucky, who has visited unofficially, Ohio State, North Carolina, Syracuse and Kansas. OSU's Thad Matta watched him at the Hoops Festival Sunday night.
