Five involved with Jorgenson

Travis Jorgenson, a three-star point guard, has taken three visits and has two other schools involved in his college recruitment.

Travis Jorgenson is working to come up with a college decision.

The senior guard out of New Hampton (N.H.) Prep is currently considering Creighton, Georgia Tech, Boston College, Tennessee and Purdue.

"I'm just trying to take my time and make sure I make the right decision," Jorgenson told Scout.com recently.

Of the schools involved Jorgenson has taken visits to Creighton, Georgia Tech and Boston College.

"I like my relationship with the Creighton coaches," Jorgenson said. "I've known them for two or three years it seems like. I love the way they play, fast tempo. I like them a lot."

"I like B.C.'s ball screen offense and they are getting better each year," he said.

"I really like coach [Billy] Schmidt and all the coaches at Georgia Tech," Jorgenson said. "I met all the guys too."

Tennessee head coach Cuonzo Martin watched Jorgenson at the Hoop Hall Classic last week and Purdue has picked up their attention recently.

"They just recently started showing interest," Jorgenson said of UT and Purdue.

Jorgenson said he's planning to stay in contact with the schools involved and make a college choice following his senior season.

"Just to keep communicating with all the coaches and my parents and coach [Hutchins]," he responded when asked about his plan going forward. "I'm just trying to figure out what's the best situation for me."

Jorgenson is rated as a three-star recruit in the 2013 class.
