A sophomore at Covington (Ky.) Holmes, Bolden is having a strong season and has drawn the eye of college coaches.
"Overall in the season, I had one or two bad games, but I have to play through it," he told Scout.com. "I've just been overall trying to win games for my team, penetrate, dish and hit the open man."
"[I'm] just trying to find open gaps to slash through and hopefully either make a shot or step back and hit a three."
Bolden, a 5-foot-11 lead guard, has very good speed, an impressive handle and a good-looking left handed jump shot.
"Coaches all around us have been contacting coach and keeping in touch," Bolden said. "They are all basically saying the same thing that they are looking at me and are going to keep watching me."
Bolden took a visit to nearby Xavier three weeks ago.
"The trip to Xavier was nice," Bolden said. "I got to meet coach [Chris] Mack in the back with the players and stuff after the game. It was cool."
Bolden also stopped by Cincinnati this past weekend for their game against Georgetown.
The 2015 prospect said he's planning to play in the Nike EYBL this summer with the Kentucky Travelers.
