Wiggins keeping things close to the vest

Five-star small forward Andrew Wiggins isn't saying much, but his time in Lexington was definitely enjoyed.

The nation's No. 1 prospect made his official visit to Kentucky during the week. Andrew Wiggins from Huntington (WV) Prep has kept mostly quiet about the trip, but he did share some thoughts with head coach Rob Fulford who shared the latest on his star player.

At 6-foot-8 and 200 pounds there is very little that Wiggins doesn't excel at on the basketball court. Likewise the soft spoken superstar is very good when it comes to keeping his thoughts to himself.

"Andrew hasn't said a lot about the visit other than he enjoyed the game, fan support, and it was good to see the coaching staff and players up close," said Fulford.

Along with the trip to Kentucky, Wiggins has also made a visit to Florida State. The Seminoles and Wildcats are considered by many the favorites for his services, but Kansas and North Carolina also remain in the mix.

Up next for Wiggins is an official visit to Kansas, and Fulford says that he is going into the visit with an open mind.

"He leaves for Kansas in the morning," said Fulford. "I know he wants to get to know the coaches and see everything up close. He is going into every visit with an open mind."

Wiggins has made no comment as to when he will make his decision, though he plans on taking every visit first before issuing his commitment.
