Rysheed Jordan is headed to St. John's.

The Philadelphia (Pa.) Vaux Roberts standout picked St. John's over Temple and UCLA on Thursday. He visited all three schools officially.

Jordan had a monster senior season leading Vaux Roberts to a PIAA Class A state championship. He was also named Class A and Public League Player of the Year.

With this commitment, St. John's has their point guard of the future. At 6-foot-4, Jordan is a physical, attacking guard that can score at the rim. He's also a talented passer that sees the floor quite well.

Jordan is currently ranked No. 53 overall in the 2013 recruiting class. He's regarded as the No. 11 point guard. During his senior season, Jordan averaged 25 points and 4.3 assists per game.

Jordan is St. John's first pledge in the 2013 class.
