Noskowiak pledges to Marquette

Nick Noskowiak committed to Marquette following an unofficial visit to their campus.

Nick Noskowiak is headed to Marquette.

Marquette offered the 2015 recruit nearly two weeks ago. Then tracked him during both April evaluation periods. After stopping by campus for an unofficial visit on Tuesday, Noskowiak opted to commit to the Golden Eagles.

Wisconsin Playground Warriors coach Ritchie Davis confirmed the news to

"Nick really hit it off with Coach Williams from the first moment they ever had an opportunity to speak and he embraces the opportunity to compete for a coach that will push him to his maximum abilities both on and off the basketball court," Davis said. "Marquette just landed the best guard in Wisconsin's class of 2015."

According to Davis, Creighton, Iowa State, Northern Iowa, UW-Green Bay and UW-Milwaukee have all offered him a scholarship. Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Florida all were showing strong interest.

Noskowiak is Marquette's first verbal pledge in the 2014 recruiting class.
