Although the likes of Kansas, Arizona, UCLA, Texas, Georgetown, Ohio State and Baylor are all over him, Oubre, a 6-foot-7 wing prospect out of Richmond (Tex.) Bush, said he's looking to get more offers.
"I'm hearing from a lot of schools," Oubre told Scout.com. "This summer I'm really trying to play my butt off to get offers from the schools that I want. They are starting to call, but I'm not done yet."
Oubre said Kansas is the school recruiting him the hardest and calling him the most.
"They have Ben McLemore and they are a guard heavy school every year," Oubre said when asked what he likes about the Jayhawks. "They produce and Bill Self is a great coach."
Kansas is working to get Oubre, a four-star prospect, on campus in the near future.
"They've been asking me to come down," Oubre said. "I'm planning on taking an unofficial visit there."
Oubre said he's also interested in taking unofficial visits to Arizona and UCLA.
