Phil Booth has a top five.
"These are the schools that stayed with me, so I'm going to stay with them," said the 6-foot-4 guard.
The four star 2014 prospect naming Villanova, Virginia, Temple, Georgetown and Indiana, in no order. This is what Booth had to say about each individual program:
Villanova: I really like the coaching staff. (Head coach) Jay Wright has proven to produce some great guys out of Villanova. I like it up there, and I know a couple of the players that go there already.
Virginia: Coach (Tony) Bennett has a really great coaching style. He also played in the NBA and he knows how to help guards and help them to where they want to go...I definitely like what Virginia has going on.
Temple: I like Coach Fran Dunphy because they've known me for a very long time. They've kept with me, so I like them a lot.
Georgetown: Of course (Georgetown is) one of the great schools, been very good for a long time. They have tradition there, and I really like Coach (John) Thompson and (assistant coach) Kevin Broadus, and their style.
Indiana:Tradition in Indiana is pretty big - they are usually a winning program so that speaks for itself. Coach Kenny Johnson and coach (Tom)Crean check up on me quite a lot.
Booth says as of right now, no one particular program stands out to him, but that might change in the next month.
"I am going to visit Indiana in August, and then I am going to visit the rest of the four schools too. I just have that one planned."
What is planned, when he is going to pull the trigger on his commitment.
"Definitely before the basketball season starts, trying to get it done and get it out of the way. I don't want to carry around that for when the season starts."
Booth is ranked number 63rd in the 2014 class.
