Snider plans three visits, working on others

Quentin Snider, a four-star point guard, has set up a trio of college visits and is looking to set up more.

Since decommitting from Louisville, interest has poured in for Quentin Snider.

Now the highly touted guard out of Louisville (Ky.) Ballard is ready to start taking some college visits.

Snider, a 6-foot-1 lead guard, will take his first official visit to UCLA the weekend of August 31st. He'll then follow that trip up with an unofficial visit to Memphis on September 7th.

The third visit date set is to Connecticut. The trip is an official visit the weekend of September 21st.

"We will visit Cincinnati and Illinois unofficially also," Quentin's father -- Scott -- told "We are working on the dates."

According to the elder Snider, Oklahoma State, Minnesota, West Virginia, USC, Marquette and Western Kentucky have also offered. He said they may visit some of those schools as well.

Michigan State, Kansas, Indiana and Xavier have also put in phone calls to the Snider camp.

Snider, a four-star recruit, is currently ranked No. 29 overall in the 2014 recruiting class.
