"He has set up two visits," Henderson (Nev.) Findlay assistant coach Pete Kaffey told Scout.com. "One is September 27th to North Carolina. The other is October 18th to Baylor."

Vaughn and his family will be busy over the next few weeks handling his recruiting process. His parents will conduct in-home visits, while a number of schools are expected to stop by his school

"He has North Carolina, Baylor, Kansas doing home visits with his parents," Kaffey said. "Then today for workouts Minnesota assistant Kimani Young, the Baylor coaching staff, UNLV staff and Iowa State coaching staff will be at his workout."

Scott Drew and his staff met with Vaughn's parents Monday morning. Roy Williams will meet with them on Saturday, while Bill Self is scheduled to see them next week.

Vaughn recently began hearing from a new school -- UNLV.

"I know he took an unofficial visit to UNLV the other day," Kaffey said. "That went well."

While he only has trips set up to North Carolina and Baylor, Kaffey said he's looking to take trips to Iowa State and Kansas. His parents are also discussing taking a trip to Las Vegas to visit UNLV with him. Ketnucky is also still involved.

According to Kaffey, Vaughn intends to cut his list to eight schools in within the week.
