Ole Miss snags guard

Ole Miss keeps looking to add to their ability to score in the backcourt and they did so on Sunday with J.T. Escobar.

Head Coach Andy Kennedy has been out to add fire power to his backcourt in the 2014 class. He added a piece to the puzzle on Sunday when Florida native JT Escobar picked the school.

According to Escobar's trainer Adrian Crawford, Escobar picked the school following a visit to the campus over the weekend.

Escobar is mostly a shooter, though is someone who can play some point guard as well with a solid handle and decent athleticism. As a junior Escobar shot 38 percent from the three point arc and 91 percent from the foul line on his way to all-region honors.

This is the second commitment for the Rebels in the class. Escobar joins three-star power forward Marcanvis Hymon in the 2014 haul for Kennedy and his staff.
