The Detroit Titans were looking to add some size to the frontcourt and they did that on Saturday evening.
Head Coach Ray McCallum and the Detroit Titans wanted to add some size and strength to their frontline, and they did so over the weekend. The Titans hosted Jaleel Hogan
on a visit this weekend, and the 6-foot-6 and 235 pounder made his choice.
"Jaleel committed to Detroit last night," said AAU coach Ethan Leasher.
A Mt. Pleasant (Mich) native, Hogan has been very productive at the high school level and also on the AAU circuit with Hoop Grind Michigan.
Hogan is someone who plays close to the rim and is able to use his size and strength to score as well as being a good rebounder.
Other in-state schools such as Central Michigan and Western Michigan were also involved in Hogan's recruitment, but in the end the Horizon League school was the right fit for him.
