Minnesota now has three commitments in their 2014 class. Junior College guard Carlos Morris joined the fold on Tuesday.
Former top 100 guard Carlos Morris
has settled on his college decision.
Morris, a standout at Chipola Junior College, committed to Richard Pitino and Minnesota on Tuesday. Morris tweeted confirmation of his commitment.
A 6-foot-4 guard, Morris, who was in the 2012 high school class, was regarded as a four-star recruit and ranked as the No. 20 shooting guard at the time.
Morris joins three-star lead guard Nate Mason and three-star power forward Josh Martin to make up Pitino's current 2014 recruiting class.
