Haas makes switch

Four-star center Isaac Haas has made a late switch from the ACC to the Big Ten.

For a long time it seemed that Isaac Haas was headed to the ACC for his college ball. The 7-foot-1 center committed to the Demon Deacons following an official visit to the school, however it turns out that won't be the case.

After delaying his signing for a few days it was clear that Haas was having second thoughts, then on Monday morning he made the switch official.

"After a grueling week of no sleep and constant wars within myself I've come to a decision," said Hass via twitter. "Boiler Up and I'm excited to play next year in the Big Ten and make my mark on history!"

Purdue absolutely had to land a center, and Haas was one of their top targets. By landing him the Boilermakers now have four commitments in the 2014 class. Haas, the lone four-star pledge is joined by three-star prospects Vince Edwards, Dakota Mathias, and Jacquil Taylor.
