Eubanks pledges to Baylor

Kobie Eubanks, a 6-foot-5 wing originally from Florida, committed to the Baylor Bears on Tuesday.

The best available wing -- Kobie Eubanks -- is off the board.

Eubanks, a 6-foot-5 wing that finished out his high school career at Centereach (N.Y.) Our Savior New American, verbally committed to Scott Drew and Baylor on Tuesday. Eubanks confirmed the commitment via Twitter.

Eubanks raised his stock during his senior season. At his size, he has a strong, developed frame and is a good athlete. His strength, however, is his ability to shoot. He has good range on his shot and is also comfortable pulling up for mid-range jumpers.

Eubanks had a number of high majors schools involved with his recruitment. Pittsburgh had him on campus for an official visit. Florida State, Minnesota and others were also involved.

Baylor now has a class of four in 2014. Eubanks joins Terry Maston, Damiyne Durham and Junior College recruit Lester Medford to make up their current class.

Eubanks is currently regarded as a three-star recruit.
