Bibbs sticking with Virginia Tech

Four-star wing Justin Bibbs is happy with his decision and will honor his letter of intent.

After a tremendous senior season at Montverde (Fla) Academy, Justin Bibbs knew he would be in demand if he asked out of his Letter of Intent following the dismissal of Virginia Tech Head Coach James Johnson. However that is not going to be the case.

"I spoke with Justin and his father and he is happy and sticking with Virginia Tech," said AAU Coach Corey Tucker.

Bibbs himself confirmed that thought saying, "I'm feeling good about the direction of the Virginia Tech program."

This is huge for Buzz Williams and his staff. With Bibbs locked in, it gives the Hokies a second four-star wing along with Ahmed Hill. Now Virginia Tech is adding the offensive firepower needed to compete in the ACC.

Bibbs has an excellent chance of cracking the top 100 when the final rankings are updated.
