Last week it was active and energetic power forward Jabari McGhee that gave a pledge to Tennessee. Early Monday morning, Junior College standout Kevin Punter committed to join the Tennessee program.
A source with knowledge of the commitment confirmed the news to Scout.com.
A standout at State Fair Community of College, Punter averaged 20 points and 4.6 rebounds a game. Punter was named a NJCAA First Team All-American.
Punter will have two years of eligibility remaining.
