Mathis to New Mexico
Anthony Mathis is off the board, with the 6-foot-3, 170-pound West Linn (Ore.) shooting guard choosing New Mexico on Thursday. A source informed Scout.com of the commitment. A long and slender shooting guard, Mathis can put up points from midrange and three. He's a kid who could have seen his recruitment really pick up if it lasted until July. Mathis joins Phoenix small forward Dane Kuiper and Houston point guard Jordan Hunter in New Mexico's 2015 recruiting class.
