EYBL Minneapolis Preview

The final stop of the regular season of the EYBL is in Minneapolis. Numerous teams are fighting for a spot in the Peach Jam for what should be one of the most intense events of the spring.

Where: Minneapolis, Minnesota

When: May 23-26

Reporting Staff: Brian Snow

Top Teams: King James, Team Final, Team Scan, All-Ohio Red, Mac Irvin Fire, The Family, Oakland Soldiers, Team Texas, Texas Titans, Houston Hoops, Each 1 Teach 1, Team Penny, MoKan Elite, Spiece Indy Heat, Howard Pulley, Playground Elite, CP3, NW Express, Nike Team Florida

Top Players: Malik Newman, Stephen Zimmerman, Ivan Rabb, V.J. King, Luke Kennard, Esa Ahmad, Jalen Coleman, Jessie Govan, Bryant Crawford, Antonio Blakeney, Ben Simmons, Ale Owens, Cheick Diallo, Thomas Bryant, Caleb Swanigan, Deyonta Davis, Charles Matthews, Allonzo Trier

Looking Forward To: This will be my first time seeing the best the EYBL has to offer, and it should be an excellent event. Team Scan with Thomas Bryant and Cheick Diallo tip off against Team Final with some big time wings in Trey Lowe, Malachi Richardson, and Donte Divincenzo in what should be a very interesting game.

Also I am interested to see how Malik Newman has progressed, is Allonzo Trier ready to be elite, how does Caleb Swanigan match up with Henry Ellenson, and overall just where some of the best talent in high school basketball stands going against each other in an event that will determine largely who ends up at Peach Jam in July.
