Diagne gives verbal commitment

Diange, of Sparta (N.J.) Pope John XXIII, said Syracuse just felt like home. "It was not easy for me because other schools were looking at me hard," Diagne said. "But at one point I felt like Syracuse is a better fit for me and is a good school and I can do well there." Diagne visited Syracuse on February 1st. Diange also considered Memphis.
