2016 Intro: Justin Davis
One of the biggest sleeper wings out west in 2016 is 6-foot-4, 195-pound San Diego Morse's Justin Davis. A long and athletic prospect that can play the two and three right now, Davis is a terrific defender, rebounds well for the position, uses his toughness and athleticism to get to the basket, passes well and is a capable and improving shooter. "I like to rebound and bully people," Davis said. "I get to the rack, hit outside shots and pull-ups. I need to work on my ball handling and midrange shot. I can work on everything." While recruiting attention will pick up for Davis shortly, there were two schools that he grew up rooting for. "I root for San Diego State and Florida," he said. "I like Florida because they win a lot and I like San Diego State because I like the way they play and I like Steve Fisher; he's a good coach." Academics will play a role in Davis' ultimate decision. "I'll go anywhere," Davis said. "I'm looking for a school that has a good engineering program. Of course I want it to be a winning program too."
