Ellenson slices list to three
One of the nation's top players -- Henry Ellenson -- narrowed his list of college choices to three late Wednesday evening. Ellenson informed Scout.com that he's down to Kentucky, Marquette and Michigan State. Ellenson has yet to finalize his visit dates. Ellenson had a huge spring and summer playing for Playground Elite on the EYBL circuit. Ellenson averaged 18 points and 9.3 rebounds through 16 games in Nike's grassroots league. A versatile forward, Ellenson showed improved mobility and offense over the summer. Ellenson handles the ball well for his size, has a good-looking shooting stroke and has very good touch around the basket. Ellenson is ranked No. 2 at the power forward position and as the No. 6 overall player in the 2015 class.
