On Campus: Weekend of September 13th

A number of top 100 recruits are taking college visits this weekend. Who is going where? Scout.com has the updated list.

Big weekend for Georgetown

Georgetown already has two commitments in its 2015 class with power forward Marcus Derrickson and center Jessie Govan.

The Hoyas have the chance to take that class to the next level this weekend.

Skal Labissiere, a 6-foot-11, 200-pound center from Cordova (Tenn.) Evangelical Christian, will officially visit Georgetown, a week after checking out North Carolina. Labissiere is Scout.com's 3rd ranked prospect in 2015 and a player who could quickly take the Hoyas' class to the next level.

Georgetown will also bring in a local point guard in Washington DC Gonzaga College's Bryant Crawford, who is ranked 83rd in the 2015 class.

Thomas continues with visits

Last weekend, 6-foot-9, 250-pound Lancaster (Texas) center Elijah Thomas took his first official visit, checking out LSU. Up next will be official visit two of five.

Thomas will be on Oklahoma State's campus this weekend, before Scout.com's 30th ranked 2015 prospect moves on to official visits with Illinois, SMU and Texas A&M in the coming weeks.

Oklahoma State already has one 2015 commitment, from 2015 Miami Northeastern Oklahoma A&M power forward Igor Ibaka.

Arizona tries to add to top two class

Arizona already has Scout.com's top-ranked 2015 recruiting class with commitments from point guard Justin Simon, shooting guard Allonzo Trier and small forward Ray Smith.

This weekend, the Wildcats can reclaim the top spot - which currently belongs to Louisville - when Arizona welcomes 6-foot-11, 200-pound Beverly Hills (Calif.) center Chance Comanche to campus for an official visit.

Scout.com's 44th ranked prospect in the class, Comanche has already taken official visits to Connecticut and Arizona State. Visits to N.C. State and UCLA are also scheduled, but the Wildcats are likely the team to beat heading into this weekend.

Other Key Visits

  • Florida 2015 center commit Noah Dickerson will take his official visit to Gainesville this weekend and he'll get to do some recruiting while he's in town, as Campbellsville (Ky.) Taylor point guard Quentin Goodin will be visiting the Gators as well.

  • So far, 2015 Bellevue (Wash.) Eastside Catholic small forward Matisse Thybulle has officially visited California and Oregon. This weekend, Gonzaga is next in a recruitment that is expected to come down to the Zags and Washington.

  • Connecticut didn't have to go too far from home to land 2015 Wolfeboro (N.H.) Brewster Academy shooting guard Jalen Adams, and the Huskies hope to add to their class by landing weekend official visitor Steven Enoch, from Oakdale (Ct.) St. Thomas.

  • Wichita State has an important official visitor this weekend in 2015 Houston North Shore shooting guard Kerwin Roach.

  • After the commitment of center Djery Baptiste this week, Vanderbilt will try to keep momentum going by landing official visitor Samir Sehic, a 2015 center from Cypress Woods.

  • South Carolina is looking for its first 2015 commitment and the Gamecocks could make progress towards that this weekend in the form of Roselle (N.J.) Catholic power forward Chris Silva.
