Crawford goes with Wake Forest
Behind the scenes Wake Forest was believed to be the favorite for Bryant Crawford. On Sunday, a week after his official visit to Wake Forest, Crawford, a four-star point guard, verbally committed to Danny Manning and the Demon Deacons. A pair of sources confirmed the commitment to Scout.com. Crawford has shined at Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga the past three seasons. A 6-foot-2 lead man, Crawford is fast, athletic and has the ability to create opportunities for his teammates. Crawford is regarded as the No. 9 point guard and the No. 83 overall recruit in the 2015 class. Crawford is Wake Forest's first pledge of the class.
