Five-star PG ready to announce
It's no secret that the 2015 class lacks depth at the point guard position. Of the top 15 players at the position, just four are still available. On Wednesday, one more will come off the board, as highly touted point guard -- Jawun Evans -- will announce his college decision. Evans' coach and mentor Lamont Simmons confirmed the news to Scout.com. The five-star recruit has Illinois, Oklahoma State, Texas and USC on his list. He has taken visits to all four schools involved. Evans played with both the SC Raptors and Team Texas this past spring and summer. His best attribute is his speed, as he races up and down the court and is among the fastest prospects in the class. He's a nightmare to defend in transition, is a good passer and has potential on the defensive end. Evans is regarded as the No. 3 point guard and the No. 24 overall player in the 2015 class.
