Fowler firmly committed
Last week Butler announced a leave of absence for their Head Coach Brandon Miller. However the 2015 class is showing no signs of indecision, in fact both of Butler's commitments remain firmly committed. In 2015 the Bulldogs have commitments from Sean McDermott as well as Cincinnati native Nate Fowler. Both are solid three-star prospects who are considered big pieces to the future for the Bulldogs. Earlier McDermott re-issued his stance on being a solid commitment, and on Tuesday Fowler did the same. "I just want to let you know Nate is firmly committed," said Fowler's mother Laura. "He is very excited about Butler and feels it is the right place for him." Fowler is roughly 6-foot-9 and 240 pounds, and considered Dayton and Davidson before picking the Bulldogs during the spring. He is someone with very good hands and a solid ability to score on the low block giving the Bulldogs real size to complement the excellent shooting of McDermott.
