Moore commits to Wake Forest

Doral Moore will play his college basketball in the ACC. Moore committed to Wake Forest on Wednesday.

Doral Moore became the 72nd 2015 top 100 prospect to make a verbal commitment.

Moore committed to Wake Forest and Danny Manning early Wednesday morning, according to Atlanta Xpress coach Winfred Jordan. Moore took an official visit to the school this past weekend.

Moore picked Wake Forest over serious interest from Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Georgia Tech and a host of others.

With the addition of Moore, Wake Forest adds some legitimate size to their 2015 recruiting class. A 7-footer, Moore is mobile, has a good set of hands and has some tools on the offensive end.

Moore, a native of Georgia who will finish his high school career at Montverde (Fla.) Academy, is ranked No. 76 overall and No. 18 at the center position.

Moore joins Bryant Crawford, a top 100 prospect, to make up their two-man recruiting class.
