Moss makes pick

Simeon High School wing Isaiah Moss got a lot of attention this fall, and he is headed to the Big Ten.

College coaches made a lot of trips in to Chicago (Ill) Simeon this fall to check in with wing Isaiah Moss. Moss is a big of a late riser, and now he knows he is headed to the Big Ten.

A 6-foot-4 wing with solid athleticism and a decent skill level, Moss found himself the subject of a major recruiting battle. Schools from Iowa State, to Iowa, to DePaul all offered Moss a scholarship, but following an official visit to the school he decided to be a Hawkeye.

Moss confirmed the news himself, and is considered to be a late riser for the powerful program from the Windy City.

Now Moss will bring his aggressive style of play to the Big Ten where he will suit up for Fran McCaffery. This is the fourth commitment for the Hawkeyes in the 2015 class.

Moss joins fellow Illinois native Brandon Hutton as well as Tennessee shooter Andrew Fleming. Also the Hawkeyes have a pledge from Ahmad Wagner who continues to reel in major interest on the football field.
