Clarke flips to Virginia Tech
Chris Clarke flipped. It’s not often you see it done in basketball, but Clarke, a four-star prospect out of Virginia Beach (Va.) Cape Henry Collegiate School, opted to decommit from Tennessee and commit to Virginia Tech in one swoop. A source confirmed the news to Scout.com. Clarke, a 6-foot-6 small forward, had committed to Tennessee on October 30th. At that time he also considered the Hokies, as well as Connecticut and Creighton. Clarke had taken official visits to all four schools. Clarke is regarded as a four-star prospect. He's currently ranked No. 14 at the small forward position and No. 71 overall in the 2015 class.
