Oregon adds Sorkin to current roster
Dana Altman and Oregon added a player to their 2014-2015 roster. Roman Sorkin, a native of Israel, enrolled at Oregon this week and is eligible to play this season, according to a pair of sources close to the situation. Sorkin played for Israel's U18 National Team. Israel played in the B division in U18 European Championship. Sorkin, a 6-foot-9 post player, averaged 14.1 points and 9.9 rebounds through nine games in the event. "If he played high school basketball in the United States he would have been recruited pretty hard," one source said bout Sorkin.
