Marquette lands Anim
The Marquette Golden Eagles got some bad news with Nick Noskowiak asking out of his letter of intent, but they quickly followed that up some good news coming from Sacar Anim. Anim is a talented guard who is around 6-foot-3 that can score in a variety of ways. He played over the summer with Howard Pulley AAU, and showed off some ability. Now as a senior, Anim has seen his stock rise. Iowa showed some interest as did Wisconsin, and most recently Northwestern offered him a scholarship. However following a weekend official visit to Marquette, Anim decided to join the Golden Eagles. It is likely that Anim will be asked to play all over the backcourt for Marquette, and he will use his size and athleticism to be versatile on the defensive end of the floor. This is the fourth commitment for Marquette in the class joining five-star Henry Ellenson and four-star prospects Haanif Cheatham and Matt Heldt.
