Jolly commits to Cal
Tyson Jolly, a 6-foot-4 wiry wing out of Oklahoma City (Okla.) Putnam City West, informed Scout that he committed to California late Friday night. "I picked Cal because of the relationship I built with coach Yanni [Hufnagel] and coach Martin," Jolly said. "They showed me that they really wanted me and when I stepped on campus the team really welcomed me. It was all a plus not even mentioning the city its self." Jolly began picking up heavy college interest in late December. California offered him shortly after. SMU, Gonzaga, Oklahoma State, Tulsa and others were also involved in his recruitment. California now has a pair of commitments in their 2015 class. Jolly joins Midwest native and wing Davon Dillard to make up their current class.
