Green getting out of LOI
One of the West Coast’s top shooters in 2015 is back on the market. Dominic Green, a 6-foot-6, 175-pound small forward from Renton (Wash.) Hazen, has requested a release from his Letter of Intent with Arizona State. “I just talked to Dominic and his dad and he’s not going to Arizona State,” said Green’s AAU coach with the Northwest Panthers, Garry Ward. “We’re trying to work through the process and figure out a list of schools. Probably Pac-12 or schools at that level.” Four West Coast schools have shown interest already, with more expected to join that list. “Gonzaga, Washington, Washington State and USC have all expressed interest,” Ward said. “Those four have reached out already.” It’s still early into Green’s second recruiting process and he’s not sure what he’ll be looking for in a school. “I think we’re going to sit down and talk this evening, put together a gameplan and go from there,” said Ward.
