Big visit upcoming for Fultz

Very few big time programs are yet to offer Markelle Fultz, but one of those schools should receive an unofficial visit soon.

It seems that every day Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha Catholic standout Markelle Fultz picks up a new big offer. With more options than ever for Fultz, things are starting to take shape in terms of potential visits.

So far Fultz has an offer list that includes, but isn’t limited to, Louisville, Xavier, Maryland, Kansas, Arizona, Georgetown, Florida State, Connecticut, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, and Virginia.

One school noticeably absent from that list is Kentucky, however Fultz is set to see things in Lexington soon.

“Markelle is going to be making a visit to Kentucky next Saturday,” stated Fultz’s trainer Keith Williams.

In the past Fultz has noted that Kentucky is a dream school of sorts, and obviously an offer from the Wildcats would mean a lot.

While the visit to Kentucky will be an unofficial, it is likely not going to be his only visit in the near future.

“Markelle’s first official visit should be around the first week in June, but everything is still being finalized on that,” noted Williams.

The 6-foot-4 Fultz has already been invited to the Steph Curry Camp and should be in attendance at the NBPA Top 100 Camp as well during the month of June, so it will begin to get very busy for Fultz in the near future.

Currently Fultz is considered the No. 34 prospect in the country.
