Wright Dangerously Close To Decision

The Bracey Wright Saga appears to be nearing an end. The shooting guard made a visit to Indiana last weekend and the Hoosiers are presently in the lead for his services.

Indiana Could Be Close To Commitment

On Tuesday, Top 10 shooting guard Bracey Wright conceded that Indiana was his leader and he could be very near a decision.

"I'm getting close," Wright said. "I just came back from my visit." He was on IU's campus with his friend and fellow IU recruit, Sean May and said the pair had a really good time.

"Right now, I can't really say," Wright responded when asked what his timetable might be. "[My family] don't want me to say anything right yet. I haven't set a date but it may be in the next couple of days."

Meanwhile, Wright said that he hasn't set up any other visits. That in itself is a great indication of where Indiana stands. Should the Hoosiers snare Wright and May to go with Marshall Strickland it would be a banner recruiting effort for Mike Davis and Indiana. Wright is a Top 10 player, May ranks in the top dozen and Strickland is a Top 35 prospect. That recruiting class would rank right up there with the elite classes in the nation.
