Henderson to USC
Harrison Henderson verbally committed to USC during an official visit this past weekend. "I just fell in love with the school," Henderson told Scout. "The coaches are great as well as the players and they all gave me that family feeling that I was looking for. I feel like they can take me higher in my career." With his play on the spring AAU circuit, Henderson, a 6-foot-9 post player, added new interest and offers. He said he picked USC over Mississippi, SMU, Gonzaga and Oklahoma. Henderson, a standout at Grand Prairie (Tex.) South, said he's sees himself fitting in "perfectly" with USC's offense. "It's a run and gun type of offense and I know coach will let me be able to play my game and work well with the others," Henderson said. Henderson is Andy Enfield's first pledge in the 2016 class.
