NBPA Camp: Trevon Duval

It has been a stellar spring for Trevon Duval, and the point guard continues to step up his game at the NBPA Top 100 Camp.

Five-star point guard Trevon Duval is one of the younger players at the NBPA Top 100 Camp, but that hasn’t stopped him from showing his elite potential. The highly skilled Duval has asserted himself as one of the best prospects in the camp, and college coaches are beginning to really turn up the heat in his recruitment.

With a school list that includes the likes of St. John's, Indiana, Oregon, Louisville, Villanova, Syracuse, and others, Duval is just taking everything in stride.

“I haven’t narrowed it down at all,” said Duvall. “I am looking for a school with a good style of play and a place that me and my family are comfortable with.”

Recently Duval made an unofficial visit to Villanova. The Wildcats are known for their guard play, and Duval was impressed by what he saw.

“It was a good visit,” said Duval. “The coaches talked to me a lot, they showed me a lot, and it was a real good experience.”

One of the schools that Duval indicated is recruiting him the hardest is Indiana. The Hoosiers have clearly made him a priority, and Duval is very impressed with the program.

“Indiana is a great school,” said Duval. “They have a great school and a great history and tradition. They are always in the mix and they have a good coach and entire program.”

At this point Duval says that no other schools are set to receive visits. He will take more trips before coming to a decision, but no choice is expected to come any time in the near future.
