When it comes to his recruitment, Easley picked up early offers from Indiana, Butler and Purdue. Recently other schools have come into the mix as well. “Xavier is the main new school,” explained Easley. “They offered me last week on my visit. I really liked the campus and the coaches seem like good people, so it was a good visit.” Along with the visit to Xavier, Easley also made an appearance at the Purdue Elite Camp. About the Boilermakers, Easley said, “My relationship with Purdue is really good, plus they recruit a lot of Indianapolis kids. Also they are going to be very good and it is in the Big Ten, so there is a lot of love.” Up next for Easley is a trip to Nashville to check in with the Vanderbilt Commodores. “I am going to Vanderbilt this weekend,” noted Easley. “I just want to see the campus, the people around the school, and just everything.” While nothing is set for Easley to visit Indiana, that is a school that he plans to get down to in the future. “Indiana is a nice program,” said Easley. “I haven’t been to their campus much, but I have to get down there soon and I continue to talk with their coaches.” For now Easley is just at the beginning stages of his recruitment, and plans to see a lot more schools before coming to a final college decision.
Visits are being taken by Kevin Easley
One of the top 2018 prospects in the Midwest is Kevin Easley. The highly productive forward had a good summer with G3 Elite, and now he is beginning to set more visits and keeps adding offers. “It was a good summer,” said Easley. “I had a lot of new offers and got to be on the adidas circuit, so it was good.” He continued, “I have been working on my ball handling and just being more physical.”
