Kansas State lands their priority in Xavier Sneed

A big commitment is in, and the Kansas State Wildcats are celebrating as they land Xavier Sneed

The decision is in for Xavier Sneed, and the school that has recruited him the longest will land his commitment. Kansas State has pulled in the verbal commitment of the three-star small forward who is highly athletic.

This is a big commitment for the Wildcats who needed a talent upgrade on the wing, and that is what Sneed provides. Sneed is a highly athletic 6-foot-5 small forward who has the versatility to guard nearly any position on the floor but center.

Sneed has selected Kansas State over Illinois and Xavier. Along with those two schools he also had offers from Wichita State, Creighton, and Missouri.

By landing this commitment, the Wildcats have a top 25 small forward who gives them some more credibility in the St. Louis area for recruiting. Sneed is the first commitment in the class for the Wildcats, and someone who should be able to contribute right away on the floor with his ability to play on both ends of the court.
