"North Carolina State, Arizona State, Oregon State and USC have all been calling," said Jones. "And some other schools told me that they'll be watching in the summer to see how I play – schools like UCLA, UConn and Syracuse, and a few others."
Jones said he hasn't set up any official visits yet, but has an idea as to how many trip he'd like to take. "I'll probably go on three or four official visits," said Jones. "After the Big Time, I'll start scheduling my visits."
We asked what he's looking for in a school and Jones replied, "I want to go somewhere that I'll fit in – maybe not playing a lot right away, but someplace that I can see myself in the rotation."
We asked if location is an issue for him and Jones said, "No – it doesn't matter. My dad might actually come with me if I go someplace like North Carolina State."
Jones told us that he has a 3.17 GPA and scored 890 on the SAT. "But I plan on taking the test again," said Jones.
