No player in the class of 2018 had his stock soar during the high school season as much as Romeo Langford. The New Albany High School product suited up with the Eric Gordon All-Stars for the first time this summer and put on a show during the adidas Gauntlet. On Monday that hard work paid off with a pair of big offers.
After picking up an offer from Kansas earlier in the day, Langford was offered by Duke in the evening according to both Langford and his high school coach Jim Shannon.
Langford now holds offers from Indiana, Purdue, Louisville, Butler, Duke, and Kansas. Also North Carolina might be dropping by the school this week to see Langford while Kentucky has also picked up the pace recently in his recruitment, and had an assistant at all of his games this weekend.
For now Langford has indicated publicly and privately that he doesn't plan to make any kind of early commitment, and wants to go through the process and make visits before coming to a decision.
