EYBL: Four-star guard Collin Sexton continues huge EYBL showing

HAMPTON, Va. -- Top 50 guard Collin Sexton hit his EYBL average of 30 points in a match up with Boo Williams on Saturday.

Heading into the third session of the Nike EYBL, four-star Collin Sexton was leading the league in scoring at 30.4 points a game. 

On Saturday in a match up with Boo Williams and Matt Coleman, Sexton, a 6-foot-2 combination guard, reached his average, scoring 30 points on 7-for-13 shooting, including 3-for-5 from three. 


Obviously, Sexton shot the ball well in the game and he did so while taking tough shots off the dribble. Sexton is quick, elusive and uses a crafty handle to create space from defenders.Sexton was so aggressive off the dribble, that he made his way to the free throw line 14 times, connecting on 13 of his attempts. 

A fierce competitor, Sexton plays with terrific energy on both ends of the floor and it's clear he takes every possession seriously. His intensity and overall competitiveness appeared contagious to this teammates. 

On the recruiting front, Sexton told Scout that AlabamaArizona and Kansas have prioritized him. He also mentioned TexasTexas A&M and Missouri are involved in his recruitment.
