Peach Jam: Four-star wing Brandon Randolph gets loose

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. -- The second day of the Nike Peach Jam had a host of top performers, but Brandon Randolph was certainly among them after a strong showing during the night session on Thursday.

2017 wing Brandon Randolph has his pick of most high major colleges.

But if for some reason a school was in doubt, they probably aren’t if they watched the 6-foot-5 wiry wing at the Nike Peach Jam on Thursday. Playing for the PSA Cardinals against the Spiece Indy Heat, Randolph showed off a versatile scoring attack with coaches like Rick Pitino, John Calipari, Bill Self, John Thompson, Roy Williams, Kevin Ollie and a host of others looking on.

Randolph is known as a high-level shooter from three and he connected from deep multiple times. But it was the other ways he scored that really impressed.

Randolph found ways to score at the rim, in transition and he even made a pull-up jump shot from mid-range, which has always been an area for improvement.

In all, Randolph finished with what seemed like an easy 16 points on 6-for-12 shooting.

Randolph, who took a visit to Louisville last week, has a lengthy list of suitors, but he hasn’t released a list of interested parties.
