It is clear that Mike Anderson and his staff saw what they liked from the Arkansas Hawks AAU program. Anderson added yet another commitment from the program on Monday when class of 2018 power forward Ethan Henderson picked the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Henderson announced his decision simply by saying, "I have decided to commit to Arkansas."
At 6-foot-8, Henderson has major natural talent. He is a good athlete who can handle the ball some for a player his size, moves well, and has a solid shooting touch out to the mid-range.
This is a big commitment for Arkansas who has tried to load up in the 2018 class, and has done so especially in-state. Henderson is the third in-state commitment for the Razorbacks in the class and the fourth overall. In fact all four of the commitments for Arkansas come from the same AAU team.
Along with Henderson, Arkansas has pledges from Reginald Perry, Desi Sills, and Isaiah Joe. It is the top early class in 2018, as three of the four prospects rank within the top 100 in the most recent Scout.com rankings.
