Point guard C.J. Roberts put up some good numbers on the Under Armour circuit this year. A solid athlete with a lot of toughness and an ability to score, Roberts is now on the radar of several high-major schools.
According to his father, Craig Roberts, his son already has some visits set up.
“We have an in-home set up with Missouri on September 9 and then an official visit with them on September 16,” said Roberts. “Also we have an in-home visit with Georgia on September 12 and an official visit with LSU on October 15.”
While those three schools already have some visit dates set, Roberts said that others are involved with his son.
“Ole Miss is definitely calling and Texas Tech might also come in to see C.J. and meet with me,” said the elder Roberts. “Also Louisiana Tech has been in close contact and that is a great situation and we are looking to set up a visit with them as well.”
Roberts said that there is no specific timeframe for the decision and that C.J. likes all of the options recruiting him. They intend to meet with the coaches and make visits before coming to a final decision.
