1 on 1 with 2017's No. 20 prospect Brian Bowen

LA PORTE, Ind. -- Scout caught up with five-star wing Brian Bowen about the latest in his recruitment, including if his teammates are recruiting him to certain schools, as well as the latest with Arizona, UCLA and Notre Dame.

Among the headliners at the La Lumiere Combine this weekend was five-star wing Brian Bowen.

The 6-foot-7 wing is regarded as Scout's No. 20 overall prospect because of his terrific size for the position, mixed with his unique ability to score the ball in a variety of ways. Bowen showed that in the combine scrimmage, scoring the ball from mid-range, off post ups and at the rim. Although he didn't shoot it great in three-point drills, he does have very good shot mechanics and with time and reps he projects as a fine shooter from distance.

Michigan's John Beilein and Arizona's Sean Miller were the two head coaches at La Lumiere to see the 6-foot-7 wing. Michigan StateCreightonNotre DameKentucky and Texas had assistant coaches in attendance.

UCLA is also involved in Bowen's recruitment.
