Yelovich, Jalloh Commit

Two more commitments hit the wire on Friday. Center Mick Yelovich made his decision and so did guard Abdullah Jalloh.

Mick Yelovich had been hearing from some prime time mid-major programs. However, not many stepped up and offered except for Indiana State. We think the Sycamores got a steal this week.

Yelovich, a solid mid-major center, committed to Indiana State on Thursday. "I liked the campus and I liked the coaches a lot," Yelovich said. "I knew a couple of people on the team and I just fit in good there."

Yelovich ran with Ft. Sooy No Limit last summer and said his experience really helped him. "I think it helped a lot. I got all the exposure and traveled all over and got experience."

Speaking of commitments, St. Joseph's landed one. National Christian point guard Abdullah Jalloh picked the Hawks.

He averaged 18 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists last season for head coach Trevor Brown.
